These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by 11XTech.ai ("11XTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
11XTech provides AI-powered business automation, including lead capture, AI chat and voice, appointment booking, follow-up campaigns, reputation tools, CRM, and a custom-built website with hosting. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you choose.
Plans, billing & renewal
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- The Done-for-you build is a one-time, fixed-price engagement and then continues on a monthly retainer.
- Ad spend (where applicable) is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is billed separately.
- Prices may change with notice; founding-client pricing, where offered, remains in effect for active subscribers per the terms of that offer.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be billed further. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our setup guarantee below.
Setup guarantee
For new builds, we will build your system and get it live within 14 days of receiving everything we need from you, or your setup fee is refunded. This guarantee covers the setup fee only and does not guarantee any specific business outcome or revenue result.
Website & hosting
Your custom website, automations, and systems are built and hosted by us as part of your active subscription. While your subscription is active, your site stays live and maintained. If you cancel, the hosted website and services will be discontinued. Your own data — such as your contacts and content — remains yours, and you may request an export.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and to follow all applicable rules for messaging and marketing, including obtaining proper consent before contacting your own leads and customers by call, text, or email. You are responsible for the content you send through our platform.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to deliver results, but we do not promise any specific number of leads, bookings, sales, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and follow-through.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our platform, software, templates, and underlying systems. You retain ownership of your brand, content, and customer data that you provide.
Third-party services
Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of those third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 11XTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
